1. About CoachIn and these terms
These terms cover the CoachIn Android application and its showcase website. “We” means the publisher above. The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Applicable store terms also govern downloads and purchases. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
CoachIn helps gyms, studios and coaches organize members, prepaid sessions, attendance, recorded payments and training tools. The website describes the product; it is not a cloud gym-management account or payment portal. Features depend on the installed version and compatible hardware.
2. Authority and responsible use
Use CoachIn only with authority to manage the relevant gym and member information. Gyms must provide appropriate notices, establish permissions or another lawful basis where required, protect children's information and follow applicable privacy, consumer and recordkeeping obligations. Installing the app does not obtain member or guardian permission on your behalf.
Keep records accurate, limit access to authorized people and review important session balances, expiry dates and payment entries. Avoid unnecessary sensitive details and payment-card credentials. The app does not verify the authority of the person holding an unlocked device.
3. Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use CoachIn for lawful, authorized gym administration and share information you are entitled to share. You retain responsibility for your gym records and third-party rights in them. The publisher retains rights in the app, brand and website materials.
Do not impersonate another member, falsify attendance or payments, misuse another person's pass, obtain unauthorized records, distribute malicious backups, infringe rights or bypass access controls. These restrictions do not remove activities or rights expressly protected by mandatory law.
4. Attendance, packages and payment records
Compatible NFC identifiers and QR passes help recognize a stored member record; they do not prove physical identity. Passes can be photographed or copied. Supervise the shared device and verify disputed admissions. The app's attendance view shows recorded check-ins and is not a guaranteed real-time occupancy or emergency roll-call system.
The gym sets package prices, session counts, validity and renewal policies and remains responsible for agreements with its members. Review errors or disputed balances before relying on them. CoachIn records amounts received; it does not charge payment cards, transfer funds, settle bank transactions or replace required receipts, accounting or tax processes.
5. Training tools and hardware
Cardio logs, estimated heart-rate zones, fitness estimates and interval timers are informational training aids, not medical advice, diagnoses, monitoring equipment or guarantees of safe exercise. Qualified professionals and participants must make appropriate health and training decisions. Stop relying on an inaccurate estimate or timer and seek appropriate assistance where necessary.
NFC needs compatible devices/cards; camera, files and other optional functions depend on permissions. Speech, wake-lock and timer behavior can be affected by device settings, background restrictions and interruptions. No particular device or uninterrupted background timing is guaranteed.
6. Local records, access and backups
Protect the device with an appropriate operating-system lock and restrict physical access. The coach PIN is a local convenience control; the current application does not encrypt its database or exported backups. Do not treat a shared kiosk or a static pass as a high-assurance identity or authorization system.
Keep suitable copies of important records outside the device and verify recovery. Current backup/export tools copy the database without packaging separate photo files. Local rotation, export or file validation does not guarantee a complete, recoverable backup. Importing a backup replaces local database content; check the source, compatibility and recovery options before proceeding. Uninstalling, clearing storage, device loss or damaged files may cause loss. The publisher does not have a remote copy to restore.
Exports, passes and screenshots shared outside the app are controlled by their recipients. Deleting or changing an app record does not erase their copies. Restoring old records can bring back previously deleted information. Do not send backups, PINs or identifiable member information to support unless a safe, necessary process has been agreed.
7. Free use and Premium purchase options
CoachIn provides core workflows with advertisements and offers optional Premium purchases. Premium benefits described in the app include removing app advertisements, expanded NFC card associations and additional currency customization. Review the actual offer in your installed version before paying; no price, free trial or discount is promised by this website.
Google Play and RevenueCat support purchase verification and entitlement handling. Monthly and yearly offers are recurring subscriptions where described as such at checkout. A lifetime offer, when available, is a separate one-time purchase rather than an automatically renewing plan. It grants the stated entitlement for the supported product; it does not promise perpetual updates, cloud hosting or compatibility with every future device.
8. Billing, cancellation, refunds and restoration
Review the store's price, currency, taxes, billing period and renewal details before confirming. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the store offer unless canceled through the appropriate Google Play account. Uninstalling CoachIn, clearing data or deleting gym records does not cancel billing. Cancellation and access through a paid period follow the applicable offer and store rules.
Manage subscriptions through Google Play subscription management. See Google Play cancellation guidance and Google Play refund guidance. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and store rules; neither an automatic refund nor a blanket exclusion is promised here.
Eligible purchase restoration needs the relevant store account and internet access. Do not assume rights transfer between stores, accounts or platforms. Restoring Premium does not restore member records, photos or attendance. Cached local status is not a guarantee of indefinite offline access or the current renewal state; consult the store when information differs.
9. Availability, changes and third-party services
Core local member, attendance and payment-recording functions can work offline. Downloads, updates, ads, purchases and entitlement verification may need internet. Optional services depend on the operating system and providers outside our control. This site promotes Android; it makes no iPhone release commitment.
We may improve the app or website and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent support for every device. Review backup and compatibility requirements before updating. Changes affecting purchases or mandatory rights remain subject to applicable notice and remedy requirements. A third-party link does not place that provider under our control.
10. Problems, rights and contact
Report problems with the app version, device information and a redacted description to contact@raystate.com. Review disputed records and exercise decisions rather than relying on known errors. We do not promise that an automated result fits every gym, contract or jurisdiction.
Any limitations on responsibility apply only where permitted by law. These terms do not waive non-excludable consumer rights or impose an exclusive foreign court. The publisher is based in Algeria; mandatory protections applicable to you remain relevant.
Updated terms will carry a new document date, with notice or agreement where required. Translations aim to convey the same meaning; report discrepancies. Merely reading the website is not treated as a purchase or a waiver of mandatory rights.
